Through over 60 years of Reunions one of the things we’ve ALL collected is Sherard Family Swag — from the traditional Reunion T-Shirts to extras like mugs, keychains, tote bags, and more.
This Thanksgiving, we’re inviting you to join the Sherard Swag Flex event as an opportunity to show off your family pride, and enter a fun raffle to help you grow that collection even more!
We’ll be collecting entries to display in a gallery here on our website for all family members to come, engage, and “like” and then we’ll do a live winner drawing at our Open Committee Meeting!
🧢 How to Enter
- Collect any and all Sherard Family swag — anything with the family name or logo.
- Snap a photo (or a few!) of your collection.
- Optional: record a short video and upload to YouTube if photos are just not enough.
- Submit your photo(s) through the Swag Flex Submission Form on our website.
- Be sure to list the names of everyone whose items appear in your photo — each named family member will receive ONE entry in the raffle.
❤️ How to Earn Extra Raffle Entries
- Each submission = 1 raffle entry per named participant.
- If your post earns 50 hearts (likes) on the website, everyone tagged in that entry earns a second raffle entry.
- You’ll be notified by email if your post reaches the 50-heart milestone!
🏆 Prize
- Winner receives 20% off their next Swag Shop purchase (excludes embroidered items).
- Drawing will take place LIVE in our Open Committee Meeting. Winner does not have to be present.
🗓️ Timeline
- Submissions & Likes open: Nov 24th @ midnight Eastern
- Submissions close: Dec 1st @ midnight Eastern
- Likes close: Dec 3rd @ midnight Eastern
- Winner drawing: Dec 4th @ 7pm Eastern
🧠 Notes
- Each person can only get a maximum of TWO raffle entries
- Combined collections are welcome! Just make sure to credit everyone involved.
- Duplicate submissions of the same items are not allowed (one entry per collection).
- Hearts (likes) must be from unique visitors.
- Staff/admins reserve the right to approve or crop images for site consistency.
